At EcoShine, our story has always been about community, health, and sustainability. The #CleanHands initiative emerged from our deep understanding of the hygiene challenges faced by many Namibians. The idea was simple yet powerful: provide essential handwashing soap and equipment to impoverished communities.
The Inspiration
It began when we were delivering products to the outskirts of Windhoek. Our founder noticed the lack of access to clean water and hygiene supplies, which affected the community’s health and well-being. Witnessing these challenges firsthand inspired the creation of #CleanHands.

Our vision for #CleanHands is to ensure every Namibian has access to clean hands, recognising that handwashing is crucial in preventing disease and improving public health. We aim to help those lacking basic hygiene resources.
